Company specific scenarios are a "futures" tool to assist organizations to better prepare themselves to appropriately engage the uncertain future.
Strategic Gaming	Strategic Games are executive-level interactive simulations that engage and explore specific issues affecting the client organization or industry. Strategic Games employ Strategic Future Scenarios, are creative and experiential, and are conducted in a condensed time frame.
Leadership Development & Executive Coaching Now available via Internet	IBSAIL’s Executive Coaching and Leadership Development assists executives in broadening their leadership skills and abilities in order that they may become powerful and effective business and cultural architects with the capacity to lead in more meaningful and productive ways. TeamSkils Team Building	The TeamSkils Program assists teams of any size in becoming more effective, innovative, imaginative, flexible, creative, collaborative and communicative through: identification of individual intelligences, enlargement and support of imaginative and innovative talents, enhancement of communication skills, understanding the power of differences, growth of collaborative abilities, discovery and understanding of applicable general systems and principles, enhancement of individual and team abilities to partner with change, enhancement of maturation and mastery of individual team members and team as a whole.

Workshops and Training	Workshops and training programs produced by IBSAIL are designed to enhance intellectual capital and incorporate the following subject arenas: Creativity, collaboration, individual and organizational learning, collaborative partnership and relationship, effective communication, creating strategic alliances in "virtual space", instruction of the 7-stage process of chaos and creativity, discovery of business drivers through an exploration and identification of deep cultural values, chaos, crisis, and rapid change, paradigm expansion and paradox, imagination and creativity of employees, as well as core competencies.
Collaboratory® Creativity, Innovation & Collaboration	Stimulate, nurture, and support personnel and organizational creativity, collaboration innovation, and imagination. (As Einstein said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge.") Processes such as Strategic Gaming, Scenarios, Mindmapping, Matrix Mapping (mapping the past, present and future) are used to facilitate innovative solutions and proactive planning within the organization. The IBSAIL system assists the organization in becoming a creative and collaborative learning culture.
Organizational Wellness Check-up	Organizations, as well as individuals, have a need for this kind of assessment. Your organization is a complex system, as is your body. All the different systems must be healthy as individual components and must work together, smoothly and collaboratively, for your organization's optimum health and efficiency. As part of the leadership of your organization, you are an integral part of this complex system and know that it is extremely difficult to steer your organizational ship and simultaneously assess its component wellness. Though you may believe that you know what is happening in your organization, the reality may be somewhat different from your perception. Leaders cannot make good decisions without good information.
Systemic Trend Analysis	Systemic trend analysis is a values-based method of viewing events which can provide insights into forthcoming market and societal trends. Past (historical), and presentevents are viewed through special lenses, providing insights that are otherwise difficult to achieve.Unless organizations attend to industry future trends, initiatives such as re-engineering, restructuring and downsizing will not adequately prepare the organization for successful longevity.
