The Institute for Business and Social Architecture International, Ltd is an innovative company specializing in initiating whole-systems approaches to organizational development and transformation.
IBSAIL assists private industry and governments in the creation of new organizational structures and processes which are creative, imaginative, relational, and flexible, and that produce enhanced efficiency, prosperity and enlarged arenas for effective participation, leading to better utilization of their greatest asset, intellectual capital. For discussion simplicity within this document, intellectual capital is defined as the organizational pool of creativity, innovation, and imagination embodied within personnel. Intellectual capital is the primary engine which makes financial capital, capital equipment, and natural capital more valuable, and the organization profitable and successful. Intellectual capital is underutilized and often stifled by corporate and societal culture.
