IBSAIL’s Executive Coaching and Leadership Development assists executives in broadening their leadership skills and abilities in order that they may become powerful and effective business and cultural architects with the capacity to lead in more meaningful and productive ways. Administration and management are not synonymous with leadership.

One of the reasons Ghandi has been and continues to be respected as a great leader is that he never suggested a course of work, behavior, action or belief that he, himself, was not willing to engage. He understood that, in order to be effective, he had to be an example of an integritous life; he had to be congruent within himself. He had the willingness and courage to embody all that he espoused, all that he requested and demanded of others. That is why he is so revered as an individual of greatness. He was a master of conscious awareness and congruent synthesis within himself which translated into power and integrity as it outpictured in his life and work. We remember him as a master teacher, but he was much more than a master teacher. Ghandi was a Master LearnerTM.

Executives must become masters in the art of cultural architecture, engineering and planning in order to engage and lead individuals, organizations and societies in profoundly expanded arenas of relationship, communication, productivity and effectiveness. In order to fulfill this need, they must be willing to grow and mature within themselves.

Webster's defines learning as "knowledge acquired by systematic study in any field or fields of scholarly application" or "the act or process of acquiring knowledge or skill." Such definitions of learning may have served us well in the past, but these evolutionary times require new and expanded understanding. We cannot wait for new knowledge to appear in scholarly form so that we can study in a systematic fashion. Learning, now, must mean a greater ability to process and synthesize new information "real time" - information that leads, not backward to data, but forward to understanding and wisdom. The accelerated rate at which change is occurring requires that human beings somehow become capable of handling increasing complexity with a fluidity and appetite for constant discovery instead of a need to command, categorize and control.

Our mentorship program is designed to assist individuals in all professional domains to become clear, congruent master learners. This may be done in the privacy and comfort of a person's home or office, via the Internet.

This program is not computer driven. Individual causal drivers and predisposed preferences are identified and clarified. The client is, then, free to discover and institute other, more appropriate and effective drivers and preferences, creating an ever-greater opportunity for successful, congruent decision-making and action.

The journey to internal congruence, maturation and synthesis requires diligence, courage and commitment, however, the benefits of making the journey are immeasurable. Anyone with the responsibilities of leadership will profit from participation in this program.
