Strategic future scenarios are specially designed "what ifs"
and can be utilized alone or in conjunction with 
Strategic Gaming methodologies. Company specific scenarios are a
"futures" tool to assist organizations to better prepare themselves to
appropriately engage the uncertain future. (See article "Business 2000: Navigating
the Rapids of Crisis, Chaos, and Change.") Scenario methodology is rapidly becoming
acknowledged as a key tool for better organizational strategic planning.
